Marketing calendar is nothing but a graphical overview of marketing projects. It is also allows to work on marketing projects, directly in the calendar.
I have faced the below given problem. But when I gave more efforts on it I have found the proper solution.
And the problem is
I have a marketing plan and trade promotions. But I am not getting any hierarchy view when I am searching for M-plan and TP in marketing calendar. Instead of hierarchy view I am getting the result in scattered format.
And I am looking if M-plan M1 has three promotions T1, T2 and T3 below it. After that when I am searching in marketing calendar with the M-plan, the three Trade promotions should be shown below the M-plan.
Here I am getting only the marketing plan in a single line but TP is not showing below it.
You can follow these following steps:-
Under CRM---> Marketing ---> Marketing Planning and Campaign Management--->Integrated Marketing Calendar ---> Define Structures
1. For 'Hierarchy View' you must have a Structure ID.
2. Selecting it and drilling down into 'Define Structure hierarchy' .you should have a cluster combination with 'all levels' selected.
3. Now going up to the section Settings for Clusters - "Define Clusters “you need to ensure that all your project types (MP, MPE, TP) are part of the Master Cluster (i.e. cluster ID #8 in this case)
4. Finally, in addition to the view #2 mentioned by Nikhil above, check that you have the following settings under Settings for Combination of View or Grouping Rule and Cluster --> "Define Cluster Combination
