AWTYP is a technical field which is filled by the accounting interface and not by the user and hence is not available in KEFC transaction. For all postings coming from the accounting interface the AWTYP is provided by the interface (sender application) i.e. VBRK in case of SD, BKPF in case of FI and MKPF in case of MM. The same value would be populated in BKPF-AWTYP.
AWTYP is a technical field and not filled in case of postings via KEFC. KEFC is a pure COPA transaction and there is no accounting interface involved. KE28 is a special case where it is hardcoded to fill COPA_AWTPY with KE28. In case of KEU5 COPA_AWTYP is filled with COBK only if the PA transfer structure is used for assessment else it is initial. This is due to technical reasons.
