Updated May 18, 2018

What should I do to enable single sign-on (SSO) for SAP Business One?

Ensure you have done the following:

  • During installation of the server tools, in the step Windows Domain User Authentication (Single Sign-On), select the Use domain user authentication option and specify all required information correctly.
  • Register a service principal name (SPN) which must be the domain user account used during installation of the server tools.
  • Bind SAP Business One users to Microsoft Windows accounts.
  • Enable the SSO function in the SLD control center.

For detailed instructions, see the Administrator’s Guide.
