My Query is about
What is difference between TNS Connection and LDAP Connections?
Need a proper answer for the above.
thanks in advance.
TNS Connection is a general n/w connection to connection a db(tns.ora) this is for heavy in/out purpose (ex: dblinks, reports through toad, DBWA).
LDPA: light weight dir access will do same jobs as tns connection but this is for on fly connection for faster and lighter transactions which required low bandwidth ex:phone info, hrms support ...(very vague example though).
