How to Explain Oracle Architecture?

Hello Experts,
I am going to face an interview and preparing for that and as I am preparing I met with a problem that how to explain oracle architecture in interview? I am unable to explain it if anyone from you guys able to explain it then please let me know so that I can crack my interview easily.

    For this use process server process then instance sga sga componant pga then background process then physical data files logical data files.

    There are two types of oracle structures:
    One is physical structure and logical structure. Physical structure contains 1. Data files. 2. Redo logs files. 3. control files.
    Logical structure. 1. table spaces. 2. segments 3. extents 4. blocks. There are 4 types of memory areas are there. 1. SGA 2. PGA, 3. UGA, $. CGA. Oracle instance means the combination of backgroup process and SGA is called Oracle instance. Background process means. once the oracle instance started, there are 12 backgroud processes will start work. from them 5 will be continuesly work upto oracle shutdown. SMON, PMON,CHECKPOINT, DB WRITER, LOG WRITER. coming to shared pool, library cache, cursor shared pool etc. You have to go through. This is enough abt oracle architecture.
