ORA-15018: diskgroup cannot be created While Executing root.sh in Second Node.

Hello Experts,

May I know that While setting up RAC, I am getting below error while executing root.sh in second node. It got succeeded on first node. Can any one help me on this.

Error:
Disk Group OCR_VD creation failed with the following message:
ORA-15018: diskgroup cannot be created
ORA-15017: diskgroup "OCR_VD" cannot be mounted
ORA-15003: diskgroup "OCR_VD" already mounted in another lock name space
Configuration of ASM ... failed
see asmca logs at /u01/app/grid/cfgtoollogs/asmca for details

Did not succssfully configure and start ASM at /u01/product/11.2.0/grid_home/crs/install/crsconfig_lib.pm line 6464.
/u01/product/11.2.0/grid_home/perl/bin/perl -I/u01/product/11.2.0/grid_home/perl/lib -I/u01/product/11.2.0/grid_home/crs/install /u01/product/11.2.0/grid_home/crs/install/rootcrs.pl execution failed
