How to delete records from CRMD_CIC_CTI_H and CRMD_CIC_CTI_I tables?

There are many outdated rows in CRMD_CIC_CTI_H and CRMD_CIC_CTI_I which are not needed anymore.
Please follow steps below in table sizes for CRMD_CIC_CTI_H and CRMD_CIC_CTI_I:
- Please run T-codes SE16
- Then click 'Number of Entries'
How can I delete records from CRMD_CIC_CTI_H and CRMD_CIC_CTI_I tables?
