When we are connecting to HANA from Lumira Desktop we are getting an error message "Unable to Connect <server name>" is displayed. Even we have provided all the correct logon information.
You are having this error message "Unable to Connect <server name>" because you may be displayed when connecting to HANA if the HANA user's password has expired and needs to be changed.
And the Lumira Desktop does not have the ability to prompt for a new password for the HANA user.
To resolve the error please Logon to HANA through one of HANA's native tools such as HANA Studio or the XS Engine to change the password. Once the password is changed Lumira Desktop should now be able to connect with the new password.
