Job Description Overview

The Supplier Program Coordinator (SPC) supports the enablement of suppliers onto the Ariba Network for Buyer Customers by coordinating seller enablement for various projects, from the time suppliers are uploaded until they are transacting. The Supplier Program Coordinator is the Supplier Enablement Leads and Network Growth Managers main point of contact throughout the enablement process for SMO supported buyers. He/ she will be responsible for reviewing education materials created for each project, supplier communication templates, weekly reports, documentation and supplier progress, highlighting project specific expectations to the Supplier Managers or Service Partners supporting each project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support to Seller Enablement Leads/ Network Growth Managers in enablement projects
Ariba Solution Knowledge: Knows the Ariba Network and Supplier Enablement automation features, understands the value of ecommerce and the Ariba Network, and assists in the supplier education process with customer specific training guides
Responsible for monitoring and tracking status of suppliers for project defined milestones.
Coordinate escalation of records to the customer per defined process and hand-off of integrated suppliers for Electronic Integration Testing
Participate in scheduled conference calls to monitor seller progress and supporting teams alignment
Document project specific requirements and distributes to relevant parties
Quality review all education materials and email templates prior to buyer/ seller delivery
Audit weekly SE Summary Report to ensure timeline given for each follow up is met, coordinating resolution of all discrepancies found, communicating to appropriate parties in a timely manner
Participates in all required training and follows Operational Work Instructions to complete assigned tasks.
Proactively escalates issues to immediate manager and SE Leads, always proposing solutions based on teams best practices.

Basic Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degreewith minimum 5 years previous experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate to Advanced Excel abilities)
Exposure to business operation units such as AP, Procurement, Finance with an emphasis on procurement processes
Proven ability to adhere to project timelines
Proven success in working under pressure, and be responsive to all customers needs
Experience managing multiple projects at once
Experience using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to inspire and guide individuals; gaining acceptance of ideas or plans.
Experience analyzing, interpreting and managing data
Excellent communication skills

Understanding of eCommerce for Buyers and Suppliers perspective (value proposition)

Understanding of the operational business structure (AP, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
Understanding of key operational business metrics (how an SPCs daily activities effect the business target metrics)
