AC01, AC03: Batch Input Service Master

Hello SAP Experts,

I am getting problems with batch input when I try to create and change the service master.

SOLUTION:

In the batch input, you can only newly create or change service masters via Transaction AC02.

Note: The measure field will be ready for input after possible dependencies were checked. User will be able to change the quantity if no dependent data exists (for example, master conditions).

For updating service master you can use SCAT or BDC or LSMW.
If in case you have created service material via DIEN material type then you can update it using t-code mm17.
There are standard solutions for some certain changes in service material, which are as follows :
- User can maintain several service conditions in t-code MEDL.
- User can modify services long text with the report ASMDDL.
- With the help enhancement SRVASMD user can maintain several customer fields
