BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY not performing ATP check with requirement quantities

Hi SAP Experts,

BAPI's BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY is not able to perform the ATP check with requirement quantities.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

The issue you are facing is due to using of accumulative settings in transaction OVZ2 and API_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY does not consider this setting.

In order to reslove this issue you can possibly set parameter CUSTOMER_TRTYP to 'H' in user exit EXIT_SAPLW61V_001 (see SAP 179947). After setting the parameter the BAPI will carry out the ATP check with requirement quantities.
