When we are trying to edit a template the following short dump occurs in transaction ST22:

You are getting this dump because in Solution Manager SP9, there was a change in the way metric variants are handled
Please implement the SAP 1952450 and run the report as explained in the "Solution" section of the document.
Afterwards check if the short dump occurs again by following the steps to reproduce the issue.
