Leave Rate Calculation (TSDIVI) During Termination

Updated May 19, 2018

Hi,

Leave rate calculation in the valuation basis is as follows

RTE= TSDIVI
DIVID ARR
Zero= A
ADDWT *

This works fine during normal run. While terminating an employee in exit mode after payroll is run, the value is TSDIVI for the next period is zero and throws an error " Division by zero not performed".

Can you please advise on this issue?

Thanks

    At initial of your PCR you can have to check that employee is active or not through "PPPAR" operation.

    If employee is active, keep the same what you written previously.

    If employee is not active consider the first split of WPBP through "WPALL" operation.

    When the employee is not active, if the employee is not's eligible for any leave pay during the split, then the rate may need to be zero. I'd suggest checking your business requirements, then the test results of your changes
