Function Module BAPI_QTASRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2 for Quota Arrangements

Any one using the function Module BAPI_QTASRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2 for Quota Arrangements?

This function module loads Multiple header values for a single Material while executing directly, but whenever the same load is done through LSMW-BAPI, it overwrites the entries automatically and creates only one entry in the end. Eventhough we have a parameter 'AutoDelete' which overwrites the entries if set, is kept initial in the LSMW-BAPI program. i have searched SAP notes for the same process but nothing available. Correct me if anyone has any idea.

I am doing a data migration for Quota Arrangement( Tcode:/SAPAPO/SCC_TQ2).

for this I am using BAPI 'BAPI_QTASRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2' .

1) we create a Quota arrangement heder with Model, location ,poruct, start date, End date as Mandatiory field
2) now we are creating a item level for this quota header

in Case of External Procurement Based on MODEL,LOCATION,PRODUCT we getting the Partner location ,purase organization,purchase doc number,lane val from,lane val to.
in this created item level date should be header level date (start date ,End date)
but through BAPIwe are getting (lane val from, lane val to)

Please provide the solution as early as possible

Or suggest any BAPI or Function module for creation of Quota Arrangement.

I want to update the Quota percentage for the product and coresponding product location I am using the BAPI BAPI_QTASRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2 but I am getting some error as
Quota arrengement dir (in/outbound) not possible for current object and Validity is not for an extrat day (time:00:00:00 - 23:59:59) thought I am giving as 20,090,910,000,000 as the satart date and 20,091,231,000,000 as end date. Please help.

Have any of u maintained quota for PDS throuth the BAPI as mentioned above (BAPI_QTASRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2).Or you use some different BAPI for quota maintenance between PDS.Hope for reply.
