SAP ABAP Program to download Bitmap Image

Using Transition SE78, we can upload images for SAP Script/Smart forms. But SAP does not provide functionality to download Images from SAP Server. Using this interesting utility one can download Bitmap Image in your Desktop from SAP Server.
