Translate the descritpion of a Transaction code

I'm using SAP R/3 4.7 release

I been trying to translate the description of a transaction code (you can see it with Tx SE93), but i can't find a way to do it.
I also tried to do it with SE80, but there only appears the text-symbols, etc, but this description does not appear.

use SE63 for doing it.

Choose from the menu patha: Translation -> Short Texts

from there select the transaction text you want to translate and go ahead...
