How to Assign the Authorization in Organization level in Standard FIORI Apps?

Hello Experts,

How can I can assign the authorization in organization level in standard SAP FIORI Apps?

e.g. different plant for different user while creating sales order. Is it same as the ECC authorization or something new authorization?

Authorization is done via PFCG ROLES because FIORI apps and FIORI launchpad is ROLE BASED.

Pfcg roles are used to restrict user access to Fiori app. Using pfcg role we cannot restrict transactional/master data access
For restriction plant data you have to extend app and do the validations.

I am asking about organization level not about the apps specific.
For e.g. We have 2 user and 2 plants. At the time of sales order creation user 1 shouldn't be accessed the plant 2 for creation and user 2 shouldn't be accessed the plant 1 data for creation.
