Could not open app. Try again later

Hi SAP Experts,

I am receiving an error "Could not open app. Try again later" while trying to open any application in the HANA Cloud Portal.

Also, I can see the error given below in the  browser's console log:

  • "Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent #<intent> ..."

  • Error: resource undefined could not be loaded from /sap/bc/lrep/content/.../manifest.appdescr"

Regeneration the Error

The issue can be re-generated by:

  • First, log in to HCP ( HANA Cloud Platform) launchpad
  • Now try to launch an application
  • Please check the browser console log (F12)

    To resolve this error please open the Actions menu and select "Clear HTML5 Application Cache" in the "Site Settings" of the Fiori Configuration Cockpit.

    Hello Dhramveer,

    Fiori Could not open app. Try again later

    This error Could not open app. Try again later occurs because the HTML5 cache is out of sync. Therefore in order to resolve this error please clear HTML5 application cache.
