I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT HOW TO SCRAP QTY MAINTAIN IN SAP . EXAMPLE : PRODUCTION DEPT. MAKE RESERVATION SLIP 1- 2.5 X 1250 X 2500-50 KG THEN USE 45 KG REMAINING 5 KG HOW TO MAINTAIN IN SAP.

For all scrap material, perform a 501 movement with MIGO so that all scraps material will be scrap inventory.

For selling scrap
Go creation Sales order, Delivery & customer Invoicing Process. Normally you can use 521 (goods receipt without production order) / 501 (goods receipt without purchase order) to get scrap in to SAP. You need to do the necessary account determination in OBYC.

You can have separate valuation classes / GL accounts for different scrap types.

Use TCode CO11N, after yield section u can see scrap. Post ur scrap qty here.
