How to Check the Logon Log in SAP?

There are two ways to check one by ST03 and second by SUIM.

Try SU53 for missing authorization too.

    1. Execute Transaction SUIM

    2. Under Change Documents - Execute For Users

    3. In the next screen Enter username- for which you want analyse the changes and change dates if you are interested.

    4. Then under "Selection Criteria for Changed Header Data" mark all. And then execute.
    You will have the results with all information/changes for the user.

    Even SM20 - Audit log will fulfill your requirement if it is configured.

    Use swim or ST03N transaction to analysys the entire system.

    Please check SM21.

    Configure the log filter/profile for this activity in SM18 and you can watch it in SM20.
    This is the recommended procedure.
