How to Compare Two User and Roles?

Hi SAP Masters,

Is there any process/ T-Code for comparing two users or roles? If anyone has any information related to my query then please share it with me here in form of comments.

SOLUTION

Yes, we can compare two users or roles using t-code SU01

Please follow the steps below to do so:

Execute t-code SU01 in SAP Command Field.

t-code SU01

Next, from the menu bar go to Information->Information System.

Information System

Now on the User Information System expand the Comparision option to perform a comparison of the following data:

Users
Roles
Profiles
Authorizations

User Information System

Comments

Hi, Yes, you can compare two user by tcode su01-> than go to information from menu bar than on information sytem.here you will find comparision click on it. Regrads

Perhaps the data in table AGR_USERS will help you compare role to user assignment.

Hi,

You can use tcode SUIM..In SUIM, expand the option " comparison ". There you will see 4 more options :

a. from users
b. from roles
c. from profiles
d. from authorizations

You can give it a try.

Hello,

You can try another option using SUIM transaction

expand WHERE USED LIST-> expand ROLE -> click on USERS -> Click on clock here and it will display all the user with their information -> select the user and click the role or just select the role tab it will display all the user with their roles
