I am doing SPAMSAINT update. I logon sap with account DDIC.But there is error during my update. Now the SPAM status show the red night.When i click the Display/define button in SPAM, it show me the error queue, but i can't find any delete button can delete it. On the other hand, I display All support package, there is the error package there, also i can't find any delete button can delete them, if anyone knows how to delete them?
Go to Tx SE37
select program name : OCS_RESET_QUEUE
test/execute (f8)
give the value for import parameters
IV_tool : SPAM
IV_FORCE : X
Execute (f8)
there after the spam queue will get reset and then you can do it again.
