Maximun work process hold time exceeded

Gurus,

Can anyone tell me, what might be the cause for the error 'Maximun work process hold time exceeded.' I need answer very urgent.

Also all the WP's are in wait state. This error was reported by one user. For others system is working fine.

Maximun work process hold time exceeded,

whether this error can be because of any parameter value. If so pls tell me what paramater need to be change and what should be the value. Its very urgent.

Check SM50 or SM51 and see if any users is holding the work process if
so kill that processing time then it will be ok

or esle go to RZ11 AND CHECK rdisp/max_wprun_time change it to 300 or
600 sec

WP in waiting state means those WB are free.....and pls change the profile parameter max_wp in RZ11 to more than the value it is showing in the error message.
