We used to print invoices (billing) using vf03, billing document----issue output to----- and select output type and print.
today user facing that after giving pring, it shows "output was successfully issued" message no vf303, and output doesn't reach to Printer but going to SP01.
Unable to take any invoice print as it affect month end despatches
I have removed all old spool req from the system. still issue exists
kindly advice how to resolve the issue

Check from SAP the spool processes, temse check. What OS you are using? check the OS level print Q for Linux/Unix the command is LPSTAT <printername>.
Also ping the printer IP address and if required ask your OS team to restart the OS Q and then restart the physcal printer.
