Hi gurus,

  I am trying to configure TMS in my IDES system. I am doing two system landscape . I had followed the steps correctly and I had referred all the links also . I am not getting an solution for the following error I had attached with this document . Kindly suggest me any solution for this RFC communication error and system is to be made up to date configuration .

 I had attached the error with an clear screen shot . Kindly refer that and suggest me a solution .

    Your gateway needs to be restarted, it seems stopped.

    goto OS level and check the gwrd process running.

    simplest way is to stop and start the SAP again, gateway will be automatically started.

    One more time first delete the entire of the member from the domain controller and then reconfigure it. Then it will work.

    I had done this procedure two times before . I am getting the same error . Is that i need set any gateway address in SMGW t-code for TMS . Since i am getting RFC communication eror . herewith i had attached the error that i am gettign while doing DISTRIBUTE AND ACTIVATE in TMS .

    Hi,
    try this, select system by double click go to communication tab. you will see there name of the domain controller, change that name by ip of the domain Controller.
    I hope this will work.

    I am seeing the screenshot and seems like you have defined different groups for the systems. That might be the cause. You have to define the group of domain controller
    to the members.

    I don't think there is any issue with the gateway or something.

    You may have tryed more then one time to conect the systems

    First try ST06

    Then Check the few CPIC RFC connections - That shoulld work . If still not working U need to do some changes on one or two RFC Connections please

    Did you login as DDIC or any other user?
