HANA Alert ID 63: Granting SAP_INTERNAL_HANA_SUPPORT role

Hello SAP Experts,

I am getting the following HANA alerts while checking the Alert tab in HANA Studio and Solution Manager:

Please help me resolve this error.

In order to resolve this issue you can perform following actions:
- First, check for the corresponding users who has the SAP_INTERNAL_SUPPORT role.
- Now please confirm that the corresponding users still need the role or not. if not please revoke the role from them.
- At last, deactivate the user

The HANA Alert you are experiencing occurs if the internal support role is granted to any other database user. The role of this alert is to ensure that the system administrator is aware of the fact that the SAP_INTERNAL_HANA_SUPPORT role has been currently granted to one or multiple users in a system, therefore, this alert is issued 24 times in a day (1 at each hour of the day).
