Title: Senior SAP HR ABAP Consultant
5+ years of SAP HR code development experience.
Worked in the implementation of SAP Organization Management, and interfacing with custom build HR solutions.
Experience in developing HCM solutions on SAP ECC 6.0: HR Modules such as Payroll, Personnel Management and Benefits, ESS and MSS
Proficient in ABAP Workbench, Reports, Interfaces, Data Dictionary, Classes, OOABAP, Module-pool programming, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Interactive Adobe Forms, BDC- s, BADIs Enhancement Spots, ALE/IDOC in HR module.
Sound knowledge of leave management, travel management, overtime related ABAP work
Good to have functional knowledge on HR Modules (OM, PA, PT, ESS/MSS)
At least two end-to-end SAP implementation experience
Knowledge of optimization process of reading & writing of SAP HR master data through buffers
Knowledge of procedure to configure change documents for Personnel Administration (PA) and Organization Management (OM) Info types
Knowledge of creation of custom Info type with multiple Subtypes
Knowledge of creation and design of the HR Forms
Knowledge of Info types with buttons and huge data fields stored in cluster tables
Knowledge of hiding fields of an info type
Knowledge of enhancing a Standard info type
Must be a university graduate or post graduate in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science / Science.
