This error ocur because Hostname '<HOSTNAME>' is not resolved.
Check file /etc/hosts
You must maintain all the IPs and hostnames in all your servers belonging to a transport landscape.
Then, please, maintain the ip address and hostname on the local server.
In case you use or have implemented some kind of DNS, please, consult with your network team.
