TMS_CI_CHECK_ACCESSTOKEN with SYSTEM_ACCESS_DENIED

Updated May 18, 2018

Hi,

Strange problem:

Existing CTO, working properly, DEV & QAS on same server, PROD separate one, for technical reasons had to change the IP address of the server hosting DEV & QAS. Common transport directory hosted by DEV which is the Domain Controller. NFS mount to PROD.

SAP fine except TMS. DEV & QAS transports OK, PROD queue can not be seen from DEV & QAS and vice versa. STMS in either DEV or QAS can see the TRs queue of each other, but not for PROD. The same for STMS in PROD: PROD queue visible but not the queue of DEV and/or QAS.

the transport directory is mounted all right to PROD. RFC connections across systems are OK.

The above message comes when performing the tp tool test from the domain controller.

Can anybody help, please?

Thanks,

any further information? This is a very general error message. Does it work if you execute on the domain controller

    - cd /usr/sap/trans/bin
    - tp connect pf=
