How to find user who are not login more 90 day

How to find Sap users who are not login more than 90 days, I need this very urgently..

    Hi,

    You have usr02 table (transaction se16). Fields: TRDAT (day of last login) , LTIME (hour ...).I have still R/3 4.5B version.
