Hi All,
User is unable to print from SAP into PDF. The SAP settings are correct. In user profile - Own data - default tab : output immediately is checked and output device is LOCL. If the cute PDF is set as a default printer the PDF document is saved on the desktop but it is empty. That is the first time user tried to print something from SAP.
So Please suggest can user can save to PDF form SAP to his desktop.
