We have several sales documents (from several years ago) that keep showing up on the incomplete orders report (V.02). The documents are incomplete due to missing route net value. For missing routes on items where item cat = TAN or TANN, I am able to increase the quantity to re-open the line item, add the route, then change the qty back to original qty for most items. I am unable to do this if item category is TAQ or TAW. For items where item cat = TAQ, I can change the qty but when I go to item details, the route field is still greyed out and unble to be modified. If I go to schedule line , and try to update the qty, I get error = Incorrect index structure for table XMVERF_POS/<document #>/<sales order line item #> (example = Incorrect index structure for table XMVERF_POS/0001378146/000003). I can change the qty on the sub-items brought in from the sales BOM, but not on the top level item. I need to know how to modify the route in order to complete the order.
For item cat = TAW (shipping and handling charges), even though I change the qty, the ROUTE field stays greyed out and is unable to be changed. I need to figure out how to complete these items in order the complete the order.
