No Pricing procedure could be determined

Dear Sap gurus,

this is ramesh from bangalore and am learning sap sd. i did all configurations settings for pricing procedure determinations. but still am getting same error i.e ' no pricing procedure could be determined" at the time of creating sales order. then when i clicked on error, in diagnosis the systerm saying the appropriate pricing procedure could not be determined because no entry with keys ZSO1, ZS, Z0 ' 'A' " exists in table 683v. my sale are is ZSO1 ZS Z0. am not able to find where i did the mistakes. i rquest you to pl help me to solve the error.

Dear ramesh,

pls check the configuration of pricing procedure ,pricing determination was not defined for the sale area.

path : sales and distribution-basic function-pricing-pricing control-Define and assign pricing procedure-define pricing procedure determination

Hey Ramesh,

See in customer master in sale area tab,there is a procedure for customer pricing.see have u assigned 1 on that field or not

Hi Ramesh,

it looks like you have not maintained a pricing procedure determination for the sales area( ZSO1, ZS, Z0), Document Pricing procedure(A), customer pricing procedure(1) = determine prcing procedure. T code: ovkk

pls once you check step by step

1. check in master data i.e customer pricing procedure xd02.
2. check in document type in document pricing procedure vov8.
3. check in pricing determination ovkk. there you need to maintain
sales area.
customer pricing procedure.
document pricing procedure.
pricing procedure.

pl check pricing procedure determination and assign correct sales area to customer pricing nd documnet pricing procedure and pricing procedure. Then try your problem will dissolved.

Sales Org - ZS01
Distribution chan - ZS
Division - ZO
Cust Prcing - "A" (Should enter in customer master data in sales tab page)
Doc Pricing - "1" or "*" (Should be entered the same in material master data)

your problem will solve

I created a SALES ORDER. But I click on create with reference i got the error AHMED ROCKS.

How should it resolve it.

I got a error pricing condition not determine in sales order. i got red error symbol show on pricing condition type?

Hi Ramesh

Go to OVKK {Tcode} and check the assignment has been done properly.

Assign Pricing porcedure in the combination of Sales area + customer pric proc + doc pric proc + Pricing proc + condition type.

After Assignment of Pricing procedure, you must assign your define cust pric proc to respective customer master data and similary assign your define doc proc to order type [OR}.

I hope issue will resolve.

Hi Ramesh,

Pls do the pricing procedure determination in OVKK code.Also,maintain the Doc pricing procedure in the sales doc type and customer pricing procedure in the customer master.
