Our company implemented GB payroll and time. We are interested to know if any company has implemented GB time and payroll and how they are dealing with termination. No termination workbench or any programs exist for GB payroll.
Our users tell us that holiday leaves need to be prorated with termination (action Separation, reason Redundancy) and entered into infotype 416 to be paid.
Formula is (annual leave entitlement for the whole year / number of working days in a year) * number of working days until the leave date = round up days.
Balance for IT 416 to paid out = round up days - additional quota - days leave taken
