We have a requirement to integrate Avaya Communication Manager with Oracle Teleservices application. The requirement is as soon as agent receives a call in avaya, a screen popup must be initiated in Oracle Contact Center form with the customer details based on the customer contact number.
I am looking for any suggestion on approach on how we can solution this. I am new to Oracle Teleservices. All I could find is the swtich that is used by our client is not Oracle certified hence a custom integration is required. Any help is appreciated.
