When we use the CRM integration of the ERP service orders. For each type of the technical object, we have defined several different order codes. These order codes are based on different work centers in the ERP system respectively, and these again have stored different time grid profiles.
When we create a new ERP service order in the CRM system, the incorrect time grid profile may be used for the display of the available free dates.
