CRM functional consultant is responsible for gathering business requirements, providing the solutions, identifying functional gaps, preparing functional specs, functional configurations, preparing test scripts and unit testing.
Also responsible for supporting system test, SIT, Pre-production testing along with bug fixing.
The CRM Functional Consultant must possess the following skills to be successful:
Should be able to understand business requirements given by business team and prepare Business blue print document along with functional specifications for the developments.
Consultant should have working experience on minimum two areas mentioned below:
o Lead management
o Service Request Management (transaction types, Categorization, SLA profiles, Rule policies)
o Service Order Management (SLA profiles, multilevel categorization, resource planning )
o Sales Order management.
o Interaction center
Having knowledge in CRM technical areas would be added advantage.
Should be able to co-ordinate with various stakeholders to form a consensus solution.
Good communications capabilities in order to communicate and advise the cross functional teams. Should be able to interact with technical team members in their day to day work.
Having work experience in IS-TELCO processes like (Provider Order, Provider Contract, IST Change processes) are an added advantage.
Providing regular status update to all stakeholders.
