AMDP_EXECUTION_FAILED Dump in SQL dunning

Hello SAP Experts,

While executing the dunning run I am receiving termination, ST22 that contains the following dump:

fatal error: [3] "SAPERP"."CL_DUNN_PROC=>GET_MAHNDAT#stb2#20151202084521":
line 15 col 3 (at pos 385): [3] (range 3): fatal error: Execution flow must
not reach here. See error trace for details;

Please help me to resolve this issue.
