Asset Issue: User Created Assets with Wrong Asset Classes

Hello Experts,

I have a Real time Asset Issue:

User created assets with wrong asset classes, capitalized and depreciated the asset for 5 months. Now realized that the asset is LVA.

Propose the solution to the business user.

    As per my knowledge 

    Sol 1: We can reverse the assets which has created under wrong assets class. And create with right asset class.

    Sol 2: We can scrap the asset, everything will be collapsed. Then create with right asset class.

    Please tell me either above procedure is currect or not.

    Using simple asset transfer through ABUMN. We can transfer the asset value from one asset to another asset (Same asset class or different asset class).

    Asset Transfer will be done along with asset acquisition value and accumulated depreciation.

    Hence no need to do scrapping, revaluation, unplanned depreciation etc.
