I am having this query regarding TR:
What is main transport request and what is child transport request?
And what is the difference between these TR's?
Please explain, thanks in advance.

While creating new transport request, system automatically creates one more transport request, commonly we call it as Task.
The main request is called as parent request and task is called as child request. We must release task/Child Request before we release parent request.
We can't compare parent and child requests. All customization settings will be stored under task/Child request.
