Need to Remove Profit Center Assignment

Hi Everyone,

I need to remove profit center Assignment for one company code from KE52 in company code tab.

Error is showing cost center xxx is assigned to profit center xxx. process terminated.
message no KM588.

Your profit center is assigned to a cost center. If you are changing PC assignment to co code B from A, it is still assigned to cost center that is assigned to A.

Since Cost Centers are not cross co code, it will throw the error until you change original cost center's PC.
