Can you Please Tell Me what is Ticket Category
What its used In Support Project?
In my support project where I worked we have following category of tickets :
1. Evolution ticket - if business needs any new changes in program or customization, then they will create ticket with this category.
2. CORRECTION: If any issues in existing changes or regression issues, then business will create ticket with this category.
Assistance - if the business needs just an information. ( Eg: How this value comes in this tcode), no changes can happen with this category in production.
All the above categories have priority as Very urgent, urgent and standard based of business urgency. We are using ticket reporting tool is "OMEGA"
