when creating purchase order (me21n) with foreign currency, and change the exchange rate manually, and I want to tick "exchange rate fixed" to use it for all the process (MIGO & MIRO), SAP pick up the systeme rate (OB08), if the difference is lower limit tolerance 1%, otherwise, SAP accept it.
I delete the limit tolerance in OB64, but SAP uses a minimum 1% by default.
