    1.wht all checks is done when SAP is down?
    Ans:When SAP is down 1st thing we have to check wheather the services are running or not
    espacially we have to check the 3orcale services and two sap services
    1.orcale listener 2.orcale sid 3.orcale agent are the 3orcale services
    sap services are two i.e
    1.saposcol 2.sapsid_sno.

    Ans:Go to the console management
    hit tcode sm50 which show us the list of c.i(centeral instance)+dbi(date base instance) as we found 5 workprocess
    there v can find hw all the application are running

    Ans:In SAP directories we find 3 system profiles
    1.Instance profile.
    2.Defalt profile.
    3.Start Profile.
    Domain controller is nothing but server with AD(Active directory) installed

    Ans.When we do the user comparasion with the roles the user wil have the effective permissions wht we have assiagned to the role (T-codes )i.e object classes ,authorization objects,authorizations ,fields and activities....so that the user can use that tcodes...
    Difference between a role and a profile
    1.A role always depends on a profile..
    2.A single role consists of a single profile
    3.A Role dosent work independently
    PROFILE:
    1.A Profile can hold 150objects at a time but not all at atime one by one
    2.A profile can work independently
    3.authorization objects resides in profiles.
    4.A profie can have 'n'

    Ans:Derive role is nothing but the child role
    wich is inherited frm the parent role..
    The main purpose of creating derive role is suppose
    --->The parent role is the main barnch of the company it has ful authorizations for org.levels.
    --->The derive role is the subbranch of the company where it depends on the main branch only authorized to the parent org.levels

    Ans:Both are same for material document list its just same as
    se11(or)se09(or)se01 all are for abab directory
